Product Description
Flange is also called flange or flange. Parts that connect pipes to each other. Connect to the pipe end. There are holes on the flange, and bolts can be inserted to tightly connect the two flanges. Flange connections are most widely used in chemical and pharmaceutical equipment and pipelines due to their unique advantages of reliable sealing, high strength, and wide adaptability.
By pre-tightening the bolts, the gasket between the flange sealing surfaces is compressed and solidified, and the uneven gaps on the flange sealing surfaces are filled, preventing the permeability leakage of the medium through the capillary pores inside the gasket and the interface leakage between the gasket and the sealing surface. Thus achieving pre-sealing.
  • Connect pipes or mechanical parts (such as equipment inlets and outlets).
  • A pair of flanges, a sealing gasket, a number of bolts and nuts form a set of detachable sealed connections.
  • Common types:
  • Flat welding flange (plate type, with neck), butt welding flange (with neck), threaded flange, socket welding flange, loose sleeve flange.
  • Integral flange, flange cover (blind plate).
  • Used in pairs, flanges with different pressures have different thicknesses and bolts, and are mostly used in carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel and other materials.
  • Widely used in industrial pipelines and equipment systems such as petroleum, chemical industry, nuclear power, food, sewage treatment, construction, etc.
